At DRAK, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during:

Inventory or logistics delays
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the product.
Estimated delivery times:

Québec & Ontario: 1–3 business days

Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

Remote areas: May take longer
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Large and Heavy Items
Due to the size and weight of our products (such as bike racks), shipments may:

Be delivered by specialized carriers

Require additional handling time

In some cases, require a signature upon delivery
Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or hard-to-access locations.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

6. Delivery Issues
If your package is:

Marked as delivered but not received
Please contact us promptly. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Take photos immediately

Do not discard packaging

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Any additional fees (remote area, re-delivery, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is:

Refused at delivery

Returned due to failed delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for:

Return shipping fees

Original shipping costs

Any applicable restocking fees
10. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Canada unless otherwise specified.
11. Limitation of Liability
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer, subject to applicable laws.
